About carlconway:
Born in London 1963
Married with three children.
Studied at Epsom School of Art 1980-82 - OND Graphic Communication
Studied at Cornwall College 1982-84 - HND Graphic Communication
Freelance graphic designer/art director for 24 years producing corporate identities, brochures, general print, direct mail, packaging and web design, now fully employed as an art director with an advertising agency in Richmond-upon-Thames.
The mediums I prefer to work in are watercolours, acrylics and pastels to portray my main influences of the West country and its varied landscapes, coastal scenery and waterways.
A member of Croydon Art Society who I occasionally exhibit with.
I have had private commissions for landscapes in UK and Canada, and a commercial commission from Medici Society for a Christmas card.
It is my ambition to paint full time.
